This one time, My friend was explaining
Stuff about the girl of his dreams,
I asked, " What do you wish her to be' to you?"
Or rather simply "What is she to you?"
And that's the inspiration. Here we go.

For he is the storm that explodes,
She will be the calm that beholds.

For the darkest night that he is,
She is the sparkling star that shines.

For the sunniest day of his,
A soothing rain she is. 

For every stumble he steps on, 
She is that standing rock to hold on. 

For a random moment of him caught smiling, 
A thought of her is the silver lining. 

He is the river that flows and flows
On the paths of unknowns, For she is the ocean. 

For his questions that hamper
In finding things that matter, She is the answer. 

For the dreams of his forever, 
She is the 'Happy together'. 
For a life of waking up to each other, 
Just as the tales end, "Happily ever after". 

Dedicated to all the cute couples out there,
May you treasure those precious feelings alive till the times of wrinkles and grey hairs.
